Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The item was damaged in transit, defective, or the wrong product was sent.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
